These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by GRABA, including the GRABA website (graba.info) and mobile applications (GRABA DDAY, etc.).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GRABA services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GRABA Website

The website provides information about GRABA and its services. Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

GRABA DDAY App

GRABA DDAY is a mobile application that helps you track and manage important dates and events. By using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service

Soyeon Service

Soyeon is a compatibility-based matching service for serious relationships. By signing up for the beta, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself (date of birth, birth time, etc.)
  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Respect other users and communicate respectfully
  • Not misrepresent yourself or provide false information

Soyeon uses traditional astrology principles (Myeongrihak) to suggest compatible matches. While we strive for accuracy, compatibility matching is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for relationship decisions.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in GRABA services (event titles, dates, profile information, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

For Soyeon, this includes your profile information and birth details, which are used exclusively for compatibility matching and service provision.

4. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an 'as is' basis. GRABA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GRABA be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
